The special assessment
You may have heard about our special assessment. We are currently in the middle of a $50 million glow up, including capital improvements to our roofing, siding, and infrastructure. These are long overdue and we are hopeful that once finished, Mountain Green will be safer, more beautiful, and in demand.
Each unit's assessment is calculated based on square footage, number of windows, doors, and a few other factors. The assessment is paid quarterly, separately from the regular HOA dues.
Our Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors works tirelessly in Mountain Green's best interest. This includes overseeing all of the work and budgeting for the assessment, ensuring fiscal responsibility for our operations and reserves, and advocating for the residents.
We currently have seven board members who serve for three years at a time. If you are interested in running, keep on the lookout for election notices, which go out in the spring each year.
Management & staff
Our day-to-day operations are run by an on-site general manager, a facilities manager, and several supporting staff.
